Major Richardson started his career in the fire service in 1999. He has been with Midwest City Fire Department for over 19 years. He oversees the Administration and Logistics function of the department. This includes: finance, purchasing, grants, IT, radios & communications, property management, PPE & uniforms, human resources, payroll, as well as being the PIO (Public Information Officer). Prior to working for Midwest City, Major Richardson received his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Safety and worked for ISO (Insurance Services Office) as a Community Mitigation Rep. (the person that reverse engineers city's to determine their ISO Score). By the way, Midwest City was the FIRST ISO Class 1 department in the state and has continued that status since 2005.

Teresa joined the Midwest city Fire Department in 2023, bringing over 20 years of administrative experience and a substantial background in the medical field. In her role as Administrative Secretary, she manages payroll, purchasing, oversees departmental records, handles correspondence, directs incoming calls, assists visitors to the appropriate personnel or resources, and supports daily operations, ensuring the department functions smoothly and efficiently.
