City Offices & Services Schedule for New Year's Day 2026

Here is what you need to know about City of Midwest City services for New Year's Day 2026:

  • Administrative Offices, Animal Services Center, Community Center, and Senior Center - Closed on Thursday, Jan. 1.
  • Trash & Recycling - If your pickup day is normally on Thursday (New Year's Day), it will be picked up a day early this week (on Wednesday, Dec. 31).
  • Compost Facility - Closed on Thursday, Jan. 1.
  • Household Hazardous Waste Facility - Closed on Friday, Jan. 2 (normally closed on Thursdays).
