The Midwest City Economic Development Authority ("EDA") is accepting proposals from well-qualified visionaries for the redevelopment of the former Heritage Park Mall Sears site. The EDA purchased this 11-acre tract with its 140,000 sq. ft. building in December 2019 in hopes of using the property as a catalyst for reinvigorating the intersection of E Reno Avenue (19,369 VPD) and Air Depot Boulevard (18,640 VPD).

An estimated population of over 61,000 lives within three miles of the site and there are nearly 125,000 residing within five miles. Additional demographic reports can be found here. This address lies within a mile of the Medical Plaza District and is conveniently located to shopping and dining venues. Tinker Air Force Base and Interstate 40 are both less than 8 minutes drive to the south and U.S. Highway 62 is only 5-minutes north.
